By booking an appointment or using the services of Nightshine Car Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
- Appointments: All services must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to alter or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or equipment failure.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Estimates: All prices quoted online or over the phone are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions.
- Surcharges: Vehicles requiring extensive additional work (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or heavy soiling) may be subject to additional fees. We will discuss this with you prior to commencing work.

4. Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings
- Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and child car seats prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or discarded items left in the vehicle.
- Pre-existing Damage: We will inspect your vehicle prior to starting the service and note any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, interior tears, etc.). Nightshine Car Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that become visible after the vehicle has been cleaned.
5. Liability and Damages
- Vehicle Integrity: We use professional-grade products and techniques. However, we are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing weaknesses in the vehicle, such as peeling clear coat, loose interior trim, or faulty electronics.
- Property Damage: In the rare event that we cause direct damage to your vehicle due to negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repairing the specific damage caused by our team.
6. Service Guarantee
We pride ourselves on our workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the detailing service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, attempt to rectify any missed areas or correct mistakes.
7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
